draw median to sheet 2 from sheet 1

I have an example file below. I have wait time data on sheet one. I want to find the median of the wait time based on the group shown on page 2.

I am using this formula, but it isn't right.

=MEDIAN(IF(D:D=B4,DATA!B:B),DATA!D:D)

Try this and drag down.

=MEDIAN(IF(DATA!D:D=B4,DATA!B:B),DATA!D:D)

Confirm with Ctrl Shift Enter.
