How to make micro scheduling automatically

I have to make detailed schedule for every activity in a construction project. i've attached the sample. i want Excel to fill up the quantities planned to with help of available start date & End date and Total Qty.

in simple i want to enter only start date, end date and total qty of work to be done excel should fill appropriate date (except sunday & holidays) with appropriate qty. progress of work will be entered manually.
