How do you update one inventory sheet to one row in another sheet

Hi. Just so you know this is my first time on a forum.

What I have -
I have different sheets that contain the full history of different items that need checking on a weekly basis eg -
sheet 1 = Support Plans,
sheet 2 = Pocket Money Forms,
sheet 3 = Pocket Money Forms.
On each sheet there are column headings
'Next Due Date', 'Date Checked', 'Checked By', 'Comments' and 'Actions Taken'.
All information is entered one row at a time for each weekly check.
I then have a 'Main Sheet' that shows a row for each items sheet eg -
Support Plans,
Pocket Money Forms,
Pocket Money Forms.
I then have headings 'Date Checked', 'Checked By', 'Comments' and 'Actions Taken'

What I would like -
To just look at the 'Main Sheet' as a quick reference to see that the weekly checks are being done.

Question -
How do I get the latest weekly information for each 'Item Sheet' to update automatically in the 'Main Sheet' in its corresponding row?

I hope I have explained enough and not written too much.

What would be really useful is an example as an attachment showing typical data and a manually entered version of what you would like to see generated automatically in your main sheet.

I have just had a look at it but I'm afraid when I enter data on the next row available on eg - 'Visitors' sheet it isn't changing the data I have just entered into the relevant Visitors row on the 'Master' sheet - Can you help?

It looks like calculation is not set to automatic.

This can be set from the formula menu option.

Can I be really annoying.
There is another worksheet that I am working on which I could use the reverse formula given above.
Using the same example attached above I would like staff to be able to just enter all there data on the 'Master Sheet' and the other sheets automatically update on the next available row on the relevant sheet. Eg - Info entered on the 'Master Sheet' in the 'Visitors' row to automatically update on the next available row on the 'Visitors sheet'
I am presuming it's just teaking the formula already given - Can you help?

Look the enclosed file for your reqired calculaiton.

Select the item from Cell# A1 in Visitors Book to see the result of different items or make serveral copies of Visitors Book and change the worksheet name.

On post 4 from Azam Ali -
I have the formula to do what I want it to do on the 'Sheets' and 'Master Sheet' in the example that Azam has edited with the formula. I have added more 'sheets', copied a page onto each new sheet, added extra rows on the 'Master Sheet' for each new sheet and then copied the formula into the relevant cells but the new 'Sheets' are not connecting to the relevant rows on the 'Master Sheet'. So when I enter data on a new 'Sheet nothing is being entered into the 'Master Sheet' all I have is '#REF!'
Sorry, I have been trying to work it out for a couple of hours now.

Can anyone help?

There should not be any error if the new sheet name is correctly entered in Master Sheet.

Kindly upload a sample worksheet if you have any issue.
