Post Please help, i am completely lost

Hi, I am in need of someone who can lend a hand with this form i am trying to create. What i am trying to accomplish is a excel form of list of games to email to my customers that have purchased a portable Hard drive.

Customers can select the games they like by using a checkbox to select game on each line, when they are select each game, the spreadsheet will automatically calculate the 3 memory categories

Eg: the first line is a game that is 4.59GB, so when a customer uses the checkbox to select that game, the Memory used will become 4.59GB, the Memory Free would be 495.41GB and the used would be 4.59.

Each game that was select would add and minis of these 3 totals when each game is selected or deselected

The aim is if a customer buys a 500GB portable hard drive then they can see for them selves how many games they can put on the Hard drive. I would also like to know if it is possible to set a limit so if they go over 500GB then a warning message will appear.

Last but not least, once i have all 500+ games in spreadsheet all calculating accordingly, would it be possible to convert it to PDF or will this idea never work as PDF as a flat document and selection and formulars will not work?.

anyway, sorry i have a good idea of excel but when it come to in-depth stuff like this, it make me want to bang my head against a brick wall lol

    Many thanks
    Cozzienz

If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.

You were asked to edit the title of this one, not clutter the forum with unnecessary posts & make work for me tidying up!!!!
