automated rotation based roster for students

Hello and Greetings!.

I am Harsha from Mysuru and thank for helping with the previous request.

I need help in preparing an excel sheet for the automated rotation based roster for pharmacy students. Can you please help me?

Here are the conditions for the rosters:

1. All students must go through 3 medicine rotations and any 3 speciality rotations.
2. Specialty rotations include pediatrics, surgery, dermatology, psychiatry, orthopedics, OBG.
3. Medicine rotations include medicine first set, second set and off-campus.
4. Drug information, inpatient pharmacy, drug centre and community pharmacy postings are not required for VI years.
