I have one file that I edit frequently.
I have another file the others can access and view but not edit.
I copied and used the paste special - paste link - all and I thought that all of my formulas and formatting would copy.
When I edit my data everything changes as it should, but when I edit my formatting (ie font color) it doesn't change in my #2 file.
How can I get the #2 file to change my formatting automatically?
I am using 2007 excel
