    Conditional Formatting

    Hi all,

    I wan greater than equal than 3 is show pattern RED. How to set Conditional Formatting if there have blank column, text and number. Text and number is get from formula.

    Column as below.

    Pay
    3
    (blank)
    Pay
    6

    Hi

    Slect the range of cells to which the conditional formatting is to be applied (I have assumed they are in column A.

    Format>Conditional Formatting>Formula is
    =AND(ISNUMBER(A1),A1>=3)
    Format>Fill Colour>Red

    or A1 mean for wat?

    A1 in this instance is the first cell in the range you wish to apply formatting for.

    So if you wanted to format the range B6:D22, you would highlight this range and substitute A1 for B6 in the formula.
