Two Validation in one column

Hi, I am new to the world of excel, can use much of the technical name of the thing,

can any one just let me know if validation formula can be use two time in single column

file file details

in column A i have no of Stalls like Elite 1 , Elite 2 ....... Elite 14 & G 1, G 2 .... G 67

in the above some of them get blocked and i store it in other Sheet

My question is in the master file i am putting a column with a heading "Check if the stall are vacant " when some enters a data i wan it to tell them if its open or blocked.

What do you mean with 'blocked' ?

Is the item removed from column A or is it just that the item is also stored in the Other sheet ?
