    Pivot Table Subtotal of Subtotals

I have the attached example spreadsheet where I have three people that have made payments to three different companies with a pivot table on sheet 2. I have subtotals set up for each person showing what the paid in total to the three different companies.

Is there any way to show how much in total was paid to each three companies for all people in the data set like the yellow highlighted area in sheet 3 using the pivot table?

Blake, Thank you, but I need the spreadsheet to look as it does in Sheet 3 with Name and Date Paid included in the information.

Sorry, but this won't work either. The actual spreadsheet I have has several hundred names, so I would end up with 100's of columns.

Would it work to make the company name, not the individual, a column field?

I guess I should have clarified in my original thread that this wasn't the actual spreadsheet I am formatting.

There aren't as many companies as there are people, but there is still too many to put them into columns.
