Display the legend only if the tick box is selected

Hi,

I have come up with the attached but I have spotted an error with it which I need help to correct.

When the check box is selected the data is then plotted on a graph. My problem I have is that the data labels do not appear for the all of the data. The data label in the first few rows work but not for the rows towards the end of the sheet – why would this be (is there a maximum number of data lables allowed)?
