Your sort macro is doing exactly what it's supposed to do. However, you can sort until the cows come home but the formulas in column C will always refer to the corresponding rows in sheet Data. In fact, these formulas use a technique that is often used to defeat such sorting, as well as being impervious to row insertions and deletions. At a quick glance it appears that the other columns are derived based on what is in column C. Therefore any sort will have no effect.

I suggest you change your macros to sort the Data sheet instead of Royal Rankings Data. For example,

    any suggestions?

    the error is:

the sort reference is not valid. make sure its w/in the data you want to sort, and the first sort by box isnt the same or blank.
