Take contents of cells and use them to compose an email - Text Body Problem

I feel ashamed I have to ask but...what do I need to remove from the code you provided if I don't need the Select Cases? I want to do the same as nupema but I don't need the conditional portion. I tried cutting vartious lines of code but was never successful.
