    Stop Excel from completing sentences

I am working with an excel table. My problem is that excel keeps completing my sentences, seems like it remembers what I have written before and tries to be helpful by suggesting the same. Obviously there should be a limit to this, since one cannot be sure that every sentence starting with "some" ends in the same way ...

So, how do I stop excel from interferring with what I write? (If anyone can suggest a procedure for turning every autocorrection function of in microsoft office products at once, I would also be very grateful, I want to get rid of all.)

From the Office Button, File in 2010, choose Options -> Advanced & uncheck Enable Autocomplete for cells.

    Similar in Word, etc
    Hope that helps.
