    formula help

Hi I need help making a formula that can take part information from one cell with multiple items for example
    |13 - sdf123ch, 2-cg2x2bn|
My current spread sheet has |date|job#|customer|tag|wo#|duedate|quantity-parttobepulledfromstock, |
I have the quantity and the part numbers in the pull from stock, what I'm trying to accomplish is to have it so I can take the quantity and part number subtract from another cell to help me keep track of inventory to orders so I can keep my stock up to date with orders that call for parts. I'm trying to avoid having my sheet to big and clutter with too many columns otherwise I would have an individual column for each part and quantity. I already have an inventory sheet that I try to keep up to date but is started to get to tedious and would appreciate some help in my dilemma
