Copy/Paste Issue and Formula Help

Is there any formula that I can put in to Excel that will copy/paste 20 rows, and duplicate them onto the next 20 rows, and then throw in a page break?

Also, trying to do this manually but the rows I copy and try to paste, cover up other info in the next rows.....
