Populating ranges of data using one reference cell.

    Hi,

I am working on a project where I have one worksheet to input data on for each client that has answered a set of questions. (Post 16 Input)

I then have another worksheet (client tracking) that has a series of graphs on different pages that relate to one clients answers.

I would like to be able to populate the corresponding tables in the client tracking worksheet with the answer data from the Post 16 input worksheet.......

BUT I would like to be able to do this automatically when I select the corresponding client code from the drop down list in the top left of the client tracking worksheet.

Unfortunately I have no experiences with VBA and would preferably like to find a way without too much hardcore programming.

    Please can someone help?

    I've attached the workbook.

    Cheers

    Dave

    Welcome to the forum.

What you want can be done with INDEX() - MATCH() formulas so no need for VBA.

I've done the Be Healthy table for you. You'll notice that there are 3 lines that return #N/A. That is caused by the fact that the statements in the table don't exactly match the statements on the Post 16 Input sheet. Correct that and the values will show up.

Have a look at the attached.
