    COUNTIF with Dates

    I am stuck!!

    I want to count the number of occurences where the date in COL B is later than the date in Column A, please se attachment

    Try:

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(B2:B13>A2:A13))
    Where there is a will there are many ways.
