Thumbs up Using lookup with two variables and less than greater than constraints.

I am trying to build a form to display the tolerance of a device based on A) the resolution of the instrument and B) the number of rotations of a dial the instrument made to perform the measurement. I have attached a color coded example that I hope helps me explain my need.

Ultimatly this formula will be applied to the yellow tolerance cells.

I need a lookup that looks at cell E3 to determine the proper row of the tolerance table to reference based on the instruments resolution. From there I need the formula to look at the number of revolutions staded in the cells in column G to determine the proper column from the tolerance table to look at and display the corresponding number in the yellow tolerance column.

I have put math in place to determine the number of revolutions based on displacement already, I just don't know how to get it to look up properly.

    Example:

If I have a device with a resolution of .001 for the first 2.5 revolutions the tolerance should display 1. any number of revolutions between 2.5 and 10 should display a tolerance of 2 and any number of revolutions beyond 10 should display a tolerance of 4.

The resolution box is a drop down that matches the resolution values stated in the table.

Does anyone have some suggestions I hope?
