Pull data from one sheet to another using multiple criteria

Hi Guys,

I want to say thanks in advance as this problem has had me stumped for the last few days. I am trying to pull data from one sheet to another based on multiple criteria and list the items that only match and skip the rest.

For example i am using 2 sheets, 1 called 'a' which is a dump of all the data which will be constantly updated and the other 'b' is a summary sheet within the same book.

Now sheet 'a' has multiple colums such as persons name, order cost and type of product. What i am trying to export in to sheet b is if person x has ordered and item that is ovet £y then list the product and cost in sheet b. I have tried using vlookup with if statements but no joy.

I have attaced an excel sheet to show what i am hoping to get as an end result

Hi Azam,

I want to say a big thank you for the speedy reply. The solution works great however it only tackles half the problem. In sheet b the only data i will know is the name of the customer, from this i have to pull up what product they brought and cost based on value being over 20.
