Spreadsheet Created on Mac is wrong on PC

Designed a spreadsheet for our office to distribute on a Mac using MS office 2011.

Sent it out to our developers to apply all the data points, whom of which use PC's, and the entire layout has shifted and changed in a variety of places.

Attached are two images, one of which is the correct format from our Mac, along with how it looks on a PC.

On the PC when I go to print, the right margin is pushed way to the left.

I want to assume this is a common issue with some sort of saving/formatting solution.

Can anyone help?
