Golf Score Card

Hi guys, I'm in the process of creating a personal golf score card that would have a history of all the rounds of golf and # strokes at each hole.

I've attached a screenshot of what I have so far to give you an idea.

I'm having trouble figuring out the formula for an IF function. What I'd like to ask you excel experts is:

How do I get D2 to calculate and automatically show how many Double Bogies I shot for Hole 1_85yds? A double bogey is 5 strokes in this case and I have made 3 Double Bogies at this particular hole in 10 games.

If it were my score card, I'd just use =COUNT(F2:O2)

Double bogeys are among my personal bests ...

Wow I'm such a naive newb. Actually plugged that in and got a good laugh when I saw I had 10 Double Bogeys for 10 tries and then read your last comment. Very funny...

My next questions would be:

When I input a new round in Column P, the Double Bogey-CountIF column shows an error "Forumula Omits Adjacent Cells". Is there away to tweak the formula so that it includes any new entries so that I don't have to manually have to click "Update Forumla to include Cells"? I tried =COUNTIF(F2:2,5) but no luck.

I am also having trouble figuring out the Conditional Formatting formula to show "Red Text for the most bogies" and "Green Text for the Least bogies" in that column D.

I've attached the updated sheet I have so far.
