macro to assign cell to shape

Hello all

I have about 72 counties in the state of wisconsin that im trying to link to a cell.

basically, i would like the county in the map i have in excel to show the name. the individual taht was here before me, got it to do it, but since he is not available, ive been provided this task.

whenever i try to run this code, it giving an error. the county shapes already have names assigned them them, so they just have to link to the names starting in S6.

can someone pls help me. in the end, i want to link two macros (see workbook) to the two buttons so the user can select to show either county name in the shape or revenue.

the error im getting reads:
"unable to set the formula property of the drawing class"

pls help!
