if cell = criteria copy rows from multiple sheets to new sheet

Please assist? I have a spreadhseet with 72 sheets. (monthly payment made to different employees over 6 years). I need to find all payments made to a specific employee every month for the 6 years. If cell in column c contains a specific word (surname) then copy the entire row and paste in sheet 73 (all rows found in the 72 sheets must be copied).
