values transpose in file instead of normally appearing

Hi guys. Im using the following formula.. attached is the example.

=INDEX(IngredientRecipesPrep!$1:$1048576,MATCH(C$1,IngredientRecipesPrep!$1:$1,0),MATCH($A4,IngredientRecipesPrep!$A:$A, 0))/VLOOKUP(C$1,DailyPrepParLevels!$1:$1048576,23,FALSE)*C$2

on the third sheet in yellow you see the formulas im having an issue with.. im trying to match up two values with =index to get a number then divide with another value then multiply with another... instead of getting the right number im getting results as if the formula was to transpose the cells downwards (the right numbers seem to appear but transposed..).. i dont understand why. Can you please take a look and try to see what I have done wrong?
