suggestions on hiring someone to do a project.

The project involves ranking sports teams and then creating a ranking for them. All the data is plugged in, just need someone to plug in the formulas. Looking for someplace where I could hire someone to get it done. Any help would great. Maybe a website that offers this or any suggestions. The best would be someone on the forum which I would gladly pay for.
    Thanks
    Matt

If you post your workbook here, I'm sure you'd get a lot of feedback on your issues, it's what the forum is for...
