Database query with manual input data - misaligned rows when refreshed

    Hello all,

I have an excel file ( done in collaboraton with one of the users of this forum and i thnak him for that ) wich is supposed to help the production manager to plan his production. The data from column A till column N ( as you can see in the image posted as an attachment ) is coming from the database ( Navision ERP ). The rest is manual input times for each operation in different weeks. In other words planning. The problem is when I refresh my data and in the ERP an order has been declared finished, it will dissapear when the query is refreshed, or when a new order will be planned, the rows will be misaligned. Is there a sollution for this problem? How can I link the manual data with the query data in such way that they would interact dynamically?

Pardon my english and thanks alot.

PS. I tried to attach a 2.6 Mb Zip file with the original xls file but i get a database error output in IE wjen I hit upload.
