    Smile Multiple entries in Data Validation

    I'm not sure if this is possible. This is the same Dashboard I am currently doing. My graph depends on the values selected in the Data Validation. Is there are way to create a Data Validation with the same concept of Pivot that I can select more than one value?

    I have a total of 20 choices for Data Validation.

    Thanks!

    Hi Rekussu;

    I'm a bit confused about what you're trying to do.

    Are you looking for a second drop down menu to be based off of the choice of your first dropdown menu?

    Are you looking for a second drop down menu off of the same 20 items to only contain the 19 remaining items after selecting an item from the first 20?

    Are you looking for two identical dropdown lists of the 20 items?

    Re: Multiple entries in Data Validation

    Sorry, it took me long to send you a reply.

    What I'm doing is Data Validation as my criteria when generating data.

    Let's say: US, UK, ANZ, and IND are my choices in the Data Validation. If I choose US, the graph below would only show the data for US. However, a question was raised to me if there is a way I they could see one graph containing ANZ and IND as the criteria. And that's not possible with Data Validation.

    Is there any other way to do it aside from Pivot? My raw data is updated regularly.

    THanks again,
    rekussu
