Hi, please if someone can help?

I need my staff to log their time worked on projects in sheet1 and then copy the data for that selected date/project and staff member to sheet2. I did dropdowns to get the data on sheet1, but what I need is for the staff to log their detail every day in the same cells in sheet 1 and then it must be copyed to the selected date in sheet2 diferent cells for that date. When they change the detail in sheet1 the next day to log new work hours the previous day detail must stay and new detail gois to new date.
