Excel 2007 : Data sort/consolidation issue

I need help with sorting data from one column to multiple rows.

I have multiple accounts some duplicates with mult dates that I need to be able to consolidate on one row.

Look at the image Example (this is the data that I have and is from a sheet with thousands of rows)

The image Example Complete is what I want the data to look like when I am done.

Please assist. Thank you.
