move data to another sheet by criteria

Hi anyone,

i need to make a macro to move all data by criteria. i have attached my file and from there is there any way to make a macro code to move a data by criteria?

example - i have a data from column coaching compliance that has -2, 0 etc. from that criteria i need to copy all data that has criteria of -2 to sheet 2 and greater than positive 0 to sheet 3.

i'm not master in macro coding. i have attached only sample data. and from my original data i have 3000 records to be moved against to their criteria.
