Rounding formula help Please

I am having trouble with a formula,and was hoping someone could help me with it
here is the formula that I have

=(C2*3.25)/48

if C2 is 450
the answer is $30.47

now here is my problem I need the value to round Down to $29.99
but if the answer was $30.50 I would need it to round UP to $30.99

this is probably a simple formula fix but for some reason I cant seem to figure it out
and help you can provide would be greatly appreciated

=FLOOR((C2*3.25)/48-0.5,1)+0.99
