    "OR" Equation

hey guys i think this is pretty simple, but im getting it wrong.

Basically Column A is a "status" for a certain action and Column B is the overall status of the project.

So Ideally if Column A says "Complete" or "Phase II Complete" - I want Column B to say "COMPLETE"

however if Column A says anything else i want to to say "WORK IN PROGRESS"

    any ideas?

    Thanks ahead of time.

    Re: "OR" Equation

=IF(OR(A2={"Complete","Phase II Complete"}), "Complete", "Work In Progress")

    Does that work for you?
