Multiple Criteria in SUMIF's

Hi All,

I have the following forumla which works fine:

=SUMIF(Oplevel,"Oplevel1",Ceiling)

How do i include "Oplevel2" in the same formula? eg like this:

=SUMIF(Oplevel,"Oplevel1" OR "Oplevel2",Ceiling)

I am new to excel, and can't work it out!

In Excel 2007, you can use SUMIFS.

The order is slightly different:

=SUMIFS(A:A,B:B,C1,D:D,E1)

as opposed to:

=SUMIF(B:B,C1,A:A)

Hi TMShucks,

SUMIFS() imposes an "And" condition, not an "Or" condition, so I don't think it is suitable here?
