Pulling multiple pieces of data to new sheet based on criteria

Hello!

I am a teacher, and I have been using excel to produce progress reports for my students. This year, I want to add a category for missing work. I have been able to input missing work for students using a form and it produces a weekly master sheet that looks like this:

Student 1 Date Class Assignment
Student 2 Date Class Assignment
Student 1 Date Class Assignment
Student 3 Date Class Assignment
Student 3 Date Class Assignment
Student 2 Date Class Assignment

The problem that I'm having now is that I'm not sure how to gather the inputs for "Student 1" or "Student 2" or "Student 3" to populate on the progress report sheet for that individual student. I need it to look like this for each student's sheet.

Student __'s Missing Assignments
Date Class Assignment
Date Class Assignment
Date Class Assignment

Any idea how I can do this? I tried using vlookup, but I'm not sure how to get that formula to find more than just the first assignment listed for the student.
