Smile Returning the Name with lowest Sales

I have a list of salespersons (Col. A) with their quarterly sales numbers in Col. B. I use the MIN function to return the lowest sales number for the quarter. How can I retrieve the name associated with the smalles sales number from the list? Can I do this without sorting my list?

    Thanks,
    Ormond

    =INDEX(A:A,MATCH(MIN(B:B),B:B,0))
Does that work for you? If there is a tie, it will only pull the first one.
