How to make a dropdown option dependent on a previous dropdown selection??

My 1st post, hope it is not too basic

From the data below I wish to create a dropdown that has 'dependencies'
    1st Dropdown Selects Colour
2nd Dropdown Selects Finish (options dependent on colour selected)

    Colour Finish
    White Gloss Matte Tint
    Blue Matte Metallic
    Black Matte Metallic
    Green Gloss Tint

I did this a long time ago but have forgotten how or if it can work on a 3rd & 4th etc level?

    I would appreciate any assistance

    Cheers

    BIll

Create a workbook laying out all the possible "results" that are legal. Include another sheet demonstrating how you'd like to be able to select the options, what it would look like when done. We can offer some specific suggestions from that.

Click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post up a copy of your workbook.
