Stop pivot table from displaying blank rows

Many to all that help those of us that are learning.

I have a table that combines data from three different reports. I have a pivot table sourcing this table for its data. The problem is the data table is built to handle 500 lines. The number of lines of data is dependent on the size of the customers fleet.

Please see the attached example. (the # REF errors are not in the real report) The lines highlighted in yellow (line 5-502) are returned as blanks in the pivot table. How can I keep my data table capable of 500 lines and not return blanks to the pivot table.

Thanks in advance for all the help you provide.

You should be able to deselect the blanks from your pivot table filters.

    Greg,
Yes I realize I can do that. But I have to send the reports to a customer. If they unfilter table it will change the counts. I will post a different question that I could work with. Again thanks for the help'
