    Help in extracting data from Sheets

    Hello,

    I have two sheets in the attached excel sheet. I need the data from the sheet" Previous Week Data" to be reflected in the sheet "Weekly Performance Overview" under "week 30" should be populated, when the Scheme in A4 is changed. For Eg: If the Scheme is SA8000, then the number in Week 30, in tab " "Weekly Performance Overview" should reflect the data for SA800 from sheet" Previous Week Data" under the respective headings (Audit Fix etc"

    Can someone please help..i have tried everything i know, but unable to solve this.

    Hi wanderinsoul

    Welcome to the Forum ...

    Where is your attachment?

    From Forum FAQs

    How do I attach a file to a post?

    To attach a file to your post, you need to be using the main 'New Post' or 'New Thread' page and not 'Quick Reply'. To use the main 'New Post' page, click the 'Post Reply' button in the relevant thread.

    On this page, below the message box, you will find a button labelled 'Manage Attachments'. Clicking this button will open a new window for uploading attachments. You can upload an attachment either from your computer or from another URL by using the appropriate box on this page. Alternatively you can click the Attachment Icon to open this page.

    To upload a file from your computer, click the 'Browse' button and locate the file. To upload a file from another URL, enter the full URL for the file in the second box on this page. Once you have completed one of the boxes, click 'Upload'.

    Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window. You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

    Re: Help in extracting data from Sheets

    Possibly try this

    Create named ranges in sheet 'Previous Week Data'

    1/. "Filters"
    Refers to:=
    Please Login or Register to view this content.
    Use this for Data Validation in "Weekly Performance Overview" A4

    2/. "Headers"
    Refers to:=
    Please Login or Register to view this content.
    3/. "TASKS"
    Refers to:=
    Please Login or Register to view this content.
    4/. "TASK_TABLE"
    Refers to:=
    Please Login or Register to view this content.
    Then in Sheet "Weekly Performance Overview" C7
    Please Login or Register to view this content.
    Drag/Fill Down to C16

    Repeat this in C20 and C33 adjusting the reference cells in each case.

    You have a duplicate "Task" ,Certification Update, I have renamed them ...(1) and (2) to make this work.

    You might want to split the Lists "TASKS" & "TASK_TABLE" into the three different categories.

    Is that what you need?
