    My workout log

I'm trying to add a couple of data series to the progress chart on my workout log. Barbell Rows, Pull ups and Push ups. I have tried to reconstruct the way the other series are constructed, but the lines on the chart show up with the wrong "values" so to speak. Please help!

There is no evidence that you added any series here. I'm not sure what you did wrong, but I will add that the existing series all started in row 12 when it should have been 11. I fixed that and added yours.

Great, thank you. Just one thing. Look at the beginning value of Barbell Rows on the graph. It shows up at above 150 lbs, when the numerical value is 45 lbs. That's what I was trying (Clumsily) to say in my original question. Same with pull ups and push ups. The numbers in the chart seem to somehow get screwed up on the way to the graph! Any ideas?

On the other hand, pull ups and push ups don't really fit on this graph as I am simply measuring the raw numbers here, where on the other exercises, I am meauring the weight of the last workout. So.... Maybe I should just add barbell rows, but he formula in the other exercises won't render an accurate graph of that exercises for the reasons stated above. Help?

That series is plotted using the secondary Y axis. However, your secondary Y axis is in %, presumably for body fat %. Right click on the series, then select "primary axis."

Normally you would use a secondary y axis for this but you are already using it for something else. I don't have an answer for that one.

BTW you are tracking only weight. I'm curious, how many sets and reps are you doing? (Not an Excel question )

Thanks for the help. It worked! I am just beginning stronglifts 5x5. www.stronglifts.com
Coming off a shoulder injury so I am starting with an empty bar even though I've been lifting for years. The point of this program is to do basic exercises 5 reps for five sets. Once your strength stalls, you move to a more advanced program. That's why you only record weight. Thanks again for the help.
