Question on conditional formula

Hello all!

I have the following case: (please see the attached file)

As you can see, I have 3 different cases for the:
Yes: row 3, column C, D, E
No: row 3, column D, G
Maybe: row 3, column E

I would like to create a formula in column, which pinpoint the “yes” condition
As you can see, in row3 and column I, I have manually written Loc A, Loc D, Loc E.
Is there any way to automate such task?
The only thing that I can think about is the usage of IF function however, the sheer number of combination will be insurmountable in checking each cell and each combination. For example:
Checking 1 combination: 1 if
Checking with 2 combinations equal to 10 if-function and so on.
