    Creating a list from a list

    I am trying to get Excel to look at a list and pull numbers from one column if there is a quantity in another column and list them below in another area. The function argument screen shows the correct answer but the cell shows #VALUE!. The formula is below. Any help is appreciated.

    =IF(ROW(A36)-ROW($A$36)+1<=COUNTIF($F$11:$F$33,"<>"&0),INDEX($A$11:$A$33,SMALL(IF($F$11:$F$33<>0,ROW($F$11:$F$33)-ROW($F$11)+1),ROW(A36)-ROW($A$36)+1)),"")

    The formula must be confirmed by activating the cell (F2) and then holding the CTRL+SHIFT keys together, then hit ENTER, then copy down. This is an Array Formula
