Partial Text matching

[B][COLOR="Red"]Subject Hi i want match the text in "A column" with "B Column" and return the text of "A column" to "C column" like vlookup function.

Note: But we need here is : (eg) "column A" contains "ABC private ltd" and column "B contains" contains "ABC ltd" .so when comparing "A" with "B" column (like vlookup), i need in column c "ABC ltd". But by using Vlookup they returing the value when there is exact match available.
