Question Radio buttons - wrong value in linked cell

    Hi

I have created a survey consisting of a number of questions with 5 possible answers, each one is represented by a radio button.. Each group of 5 radio buttons is located within a Group Box taken from the Forms toolbar. Each group is linked to a unique cell. Most of the groups work perfectly ok giving the correct value (1-5) in the linked cell for the respective group. However, there are a couple of groups which throw up the wrong values for example if option 2 is selected then the value 4 will be displayed in the linked cell instead of 2.
Another probelm is that two groups seem to be linked even though they are about 40 rows apart. In both cases I have tried deleting the group boxes and recreating but to no avail.

Many thanks in anticipation of any assistance

Herewith an extract from the file, the problem exists in rows 12 & 14.

The second problem concerning the linked rows seemed to go away when I extracted the worksheet to the new workbook.

    thank you

    Hi

Can't you simply swap the positions of Option buttons 80 & 79 on row 12. (They are not in ascending order)

Ditto on row 14 except the swaps are slightly different.
