Making a cell display something other than its contents?

For example, if I have a cell containing a formula whose output is a long and messy decimal, is there a way to have it be displayed as "(Answer)" or whatever other text I want?

The result of the formula doesn't need to be shown (since its only purpose is to be used in another formula), and the cell's label wouldn't be referenced anywhere else.

    Good evening janschepens

You could set the custom format of the cell to ;;; (that's three semi colons).
This will hide the result in the cell - it will still be there, just not seen. The actual formula will still be visible in the formula bar if a user clicks in the cell.
