Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help. I attach a spreadsheet with the problem. I think it's self-explanatory, but I need a formula that will return the date a subscription was paid.
Many thanks.

Try:
=IF(SUM($B6:$F6),LOOKUP(9.9999E+307,$B6:$F6,$B$5:$F$5),"")
this looks for last number in the row and pulls the corresponding header. If there are no numbers, a blank is returned.
Where there is a will there are many ways.

That is fantastic - that works perfectly and was an amazingly quick and helpful reply.
Thanks so much!!
I'm assuming this is a question asked many times. I have followed various similar instructions but none of them seem to be able to carry out what I would like.
OK, I have to arrange some appointments on various day's and I would like to invite other attendees. Instead of sending a normal meeting invite to 20 people and having to receive 20 'accept/decline' emails, I would like them to download a file which will automatically sync with their excel and input it into their diary. Also, some of my attendees live in different time zones so can this sync with GMT?
I would really appreciate any help on this as I have been stuck for the last couple of days.
Thanks
