    Filtering in Pivot Tables

    Hi All,
I am using Excel 2003 and creating pivot tables. I want to filter out lines that have less than a value of 10. In other words I want to keep these in my data but not display them in the pivot table.

    How do I do this?

    Thanks

    Brian

You could add a column to your data with the formula

    =$A1<10

    (adjust letter 'A' to suit)

Then expand your data source to incorporate this, refresh and add this column to the filter on your pivot table. Selecting 'FALSE' and unchecking the 'TRUE' box will only display values greater than 10.
