Pesky Formula!

I'm really stuck on a formula and I was wondering if you could offer some help. What I'm trying to do is as follows:

I have 3 columns which contain the Staring float, the Float used, and the float needed. In the float needed column I'm trying to put a formula so when the Float used is entered, it automatically calculates how much is needed to reimbursed it. So in Row 1, it will be £400 - float used = Float needed.

This seems simple enough but if I was to have Starting Float £400 - Float used £400 = Float needed £0...when it needs to say £400, do you see my problem? Any help you can shed on this would be very much appreciated!!

Deepaks, your formula does not make much sense a2-b2 will yield a2 if b2 = 0 . The If function is totally unnecessary
