Exclamation Conditional Formating with IF statement?

    Condintional formating guruos,

I need to set-up conditional formating for multiple selections please. In other words, if I have a list of options (Peter, John, Hanna,...etc). I need to say if (Peter & Hana) shade row #1 with same color & leave it blank for John. For row # 2, shade it for (John & Hana) with same color.

Please see attached document ready for your formula. Thanks in advance

Need a bit more information but will have to look at this tomorrow. I'm assuming that each item in the dropdown will have a different list of applicable items, so I need a complete list of which items are applicable for each choice in your dropdown list. Can write formula from that. Please advise.

Re: Conditional Formating with IF statement?

Thanks. but this isn't really what I am looking for.
C13 to K20 won't exist in the final report. These cells are for internal referenc only.

End goal is when we select program type from B4, then only applicable fields will pop-up or be unshaded under (Maste list column)-Applicable fields cab be pulled form adjacent columns.

    Kindly advise
