Bumped in hope of response
Here is an article that shows how to use Vlookup to return a picture.
Is that the kind of thing you are looking for?
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Actually NBVC this is related to the sheet you helped me with.

I'm trying to get something to appear on a label if there are mixed sizes, and thought looking for the "/" that seperated the sizes would be a good start. But I think the item I want on the labels with mixes isnt an object anyway now, and it could be shown or hidden with conditional formatting maybe.
You'll see the item I'm trying to use in the attached.
Could you have a look please?
*edit* and I'm trying to get it to appear from H11:L17.

Yes, Conditional Formatting would probably be a good way to manage that.
See attached.
First Note, I missed one tiny detail in my formulas A15 and A18 of the box sheets. Currently if you have 2 quantities next to each other for any box, then there would be no / separating the sizes in these cells.... so...
Please replace A15 with:
and A18 with:Please Login or Register to view this content.
Now with the formatting.....Please Login or Register to view this content.
First remove the colour background and bold from your current "object" in Data sheet. Then select it and click the Format Painter from the left side of the Home tab.
Go to sheet 1 and click say G5, you should get a big empty white box., then
In G5, I added formula: =IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("/",A15)),"Mixed Size Carton","")
Then I applied conditional formatting on that cell, through Home tab, Conditional Formatting, New Rule.
Select Format Only Cells That Contain from the top Rule types section.
Select Cell Value >> Is Equal To >> and enter: ="Mixed Size Carton"
Click Format and choose Bold from Font tab and Red colour from Fill tab.
Click Ok, click Ok to end.
I did sheets "1" and "2" for you....
Edit: I just saw your edit... use H11 instead of G5 in my sample.
Ok, thanks NBVC, I'll look into that later.
