Hello,
Is there a way to do the following:
If Cell A value = Cell B value, then format Cell C a certain way.
Thanks.

Select Column C, and go to Home|Conditional Formatting|New Rule
select "use a formula to determine which cells to format" and enter formula like:
=A1=B1
where A1, B1 represent corresponding to cells to top most cell selected in column C range.
Click Format to continue formatting.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
